Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–15 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Free Economy Shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
  • Additional shipping options are available at real-time calculated rates at checkout.

Delivery times are typically 3–5 business days once your order has been shipped, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, The Gem One Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating it but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen deliveries.
