Return & Refund Policy – The Gem One
All Sales Are Final
All items purchased from The Gem One are sold as final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because our products are offered at significant discounts, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, size, or preference.
Order Accuracy & Damages
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.us@thegemone.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Custom and Discounted Items
All custom pieces, personalized jewelry, and sale or promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as processing begins immediately.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. During this time, you may cancel your purchase for any reason by contacting us at contact.us@thegemone.com. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and sent back at your expense.
